Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • Current shipping times may be extended or delayed due to COVID-19, please accept our apologies if this occurs and consult your tracking information for ETA of your order
  • Sage Depot ships to the Continental USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii Sage Depot does not ship to the rest of the world currently
  • Sage Depot offers free shipping on items over $29.99 USD in the Continental USA
  • Shipping costs for purchases under $30.00 USD are based on the item’s weight and dimension and will be calculated at the checkout.
  • Shipping times are between 3 and 15 days depending on the item and the carrier.
  • Some of our items are printed on demand and the production time for those orders is between 5 and 7 days with shipping of 3 – 10 days after that.
  • Sage Depot utilises USPS, FedEx, UPS and Amazon to ship our orders, depending on which warehouse the goods are held in.
  • All goods are shipped with tracking information which will be sent to you via email once they leave the warehouse.
  • Sage Depot offers an expedited service at a premium cost for Print on Demand items. Pricing will be calculated at the checkout if you opt for this service.

USA: Sage Depot does not currently support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Sage Depot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

Damages

Sage Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Sage Depot does not ship internationally.
